Strict No-Return Policy: Due to the volatile nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and to ensure the total integrity of our sealed inventory, all sales are strictly final once an item has been shipped out or picked up locally. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances on sealed boxes, packs, or individual cards.

How It Works: To celebrate our launch, all customers will receive a special cashback coupon code via email after their order is successfully delivered.
Redemption: This code can be used to redeem your cashback directly on your next order. The coupon is 100% usable on your second purchase with no hidden restrictions.
3. Shipping & Delivery Terms
Upfront Flat Rates: Flat-rate shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery zone. These baseline rates cover premium regional dispatch, delivery confirmation, and full insurance coverage for order values up to $660.
Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched securely using calculated regional transportation, delivery networks, or private local couriers. For nearby deliveries, a direct hand-off confirmation or photo verification may be required to verify successful delivery.
Rate Increases for Higher-Value Orders: Shipping fees will only increase if your total order value exceeds $660, as we must purchase additional high-value insurance tiers to fully protect your package against loss or damage during transit. Rates may also increase for oversized boxes, heavy weight, or remote delivery addresses.
Notification: In the event of an unavoidable postage or insurance cost increase, we will calculate the exact remaining amount and inform you of the final shipping balance. Any remaining balance must be cleared before your order is safely dispatched.
4. Free Shipping Offer (Eligible Regions Only)
Regional Eligibility: Our Free Shipping offer is automatically valid for our core nearby listed cities (Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, and Cambridge).
Extended Nearby Regions: Free shipping may also be extended to additional nearby cities in Ontario, provided the total upfront delivery and insurance routing costs do not exceed our standard regional coverage limit.
Our Out-of-Pocket Cap: For all qualifying free shipping orders, our shop covers up to a maximum of $50.00 CAD of the total delivery and insurance costs from our own pocket. If a massive order volume, heavy package weight, high-value insurance tier, or remote address causes the actual carrier rate to exceed this maximum covered amount, we will contact you to cover the remaining balance prior to fulfillment
5. Customs, Duties & International Fees
Buyer Responsibility: For all cross-border orders shipped to the USA or Worldwide, the customer is entirely responsible for paying any import customs charges, duties, VAT, or local brokerage clearance fees that may be applied by your country's customs office. Our shop is not responsible for, nor can we predict, these external government charges.
